Pricing
The rates listed below are exclusive to clinic members. For non-members, an additional fee of $90 (+ taxes) applies per consultation.
Monitoring child development*
Monitoring your child’s development allows healthcare professionals to assess their overall development.
Pediatric Health Assessment – Care: The initial pediatric consultation allows for an assessment of your child’s health and development starting with the first visit, in order to establish a personalized care plan. *Clinic membership is required.

ABC tracking : We offer pediatric follow-up according to the ABCDaire schedule, ensuring optimal health support for children aged 0 to 5.

Annual pediatric follow-up : Annual follow-up for children and adolescents aged 6 to 17, following the initial consultation, to monitor their health, growth, and overall development.

Please note that only administrative fees are taxable; health services are tax-exempt.
Our professionals do not participate in the public health insurance plan. Therefore, services must be paid directly and are not reimbursable by RAMQ (Quebec Health Insurance Plan). You can, however, use your receipts for tax purposes. Some services may be reimbursed by private insurance. Check with your insurer.
CNESST (Quebec Workplace Health and Safety Commission): A worker can request reimbursement of their expenses directly from the CNESST.
Cancellation fees: A fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled amount will be applied for any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance.
