The rates listed below are exclusive to clinic members. For non-members, an additional fee of $90 (+ taxes) applies per consultation.

* Depending on the clinical situation, a more comprehensive assessment, diagnostic testing, specialist referral, or an in-person follow-up at the request of the Nurse Practitioner may be required. These situations require additional time to ensure appropriate care.

Health check-up - Care (comprehensive assessment)

A comprehensive annual assessment to evaluate your risks, detect health problems early, and help prevent disease. This personalized assessment includes: a complete medical examination, a review of lifestyle habits, an evaluation of risk factors for certain cancers and chronic diseases, prescriptions for tests or medications if needed, and follow-up on results. Includes sampling if required.
Clinic membership is required.

Health Assessment

A nurse clinician will conduct a telephone assessment prior to your health assessment.

This initial step allows us to better understand your health situation, medical history, and needs, in order to determine the complexity of the assessment required and direct you to the appointment type best suited to your situation.

This process allows us to personalize your health assessment and allocate the appropriate time for a comprehensive evaluation with the Nurse Practitioner.

Follow-Up Fees

The consultation fee covers the initial consultation.

Any follow-up required following the consultation, including telephone follow-up for abnormal results or an in-person follow-up requiring further assessment or clinical intervention, may be subject to additional fees depending on the type of initial consultation.

Please note that only administrative fees are taxable; health services are tax-exempt. 
Our professionals do not participate in the public health insurance plan. Therefore, services must be paid directly and are not reimbursable by RAMQ (Quebec Health Insurance Plan). You can, however, use your receipts for tax purposes. Some services may be reimbursed by private insurance. Check with your insurer. 
Cancellation fees: A fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled amount will be applied for any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance.
