At the helm of Clinique Santé Première Ligne are two registered nurses with bachelor’s degrees and extensive experience in management, boasting over 43 years of combined experience in the healthcare system, particularly in primary care. Thanks to their dual clinical and administrative expertise, they understand the needs of patients and develop innovative solutions to facilitate access to care and optimize interventions.
As dedicated managers, they prioritize a human and collaborative approach, emphasizing accessibility, quality, and safety of care. Their comprehensive vision and expertise ensure effective care tailored to the realities of patients.
They are surrounded by a multidisciplinary team composed of clinical nurses, nurse practitioners specializing in primary care (NPPC), nurse practitioners specializing in mental health (NPMC), social workers, auxiliary nurses and administrative agents.

Mélanie L'Archer
Director and co-owner of the Clinique Santé Première Ligne
A registered nurse, she graduated from the University of Montreal in 1999 and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in administrative sciences at Laval University. With 26 years of experience in frontline care, she has developed a deep understanding of patients’ needs and solid expertise in various settings. She has also taught at the CEGEP and university levels, contributing to the training of the next generation of nurses. Over the past six years, she has held several management positions in frontline care, including Assistant Director of Primary Care Services at the CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre. Today, she is realizing a long-held dream: the implementation of the Clinique Santé Première Ligne (First Line Health Clinic), which she is passionately developing alongside Katrine Joseph-Mantovani, with whom she shares common values, an innovative vision, and a sincere commitment to improving healthcare services for the population.
Katrine Joseph-Mantovani
Director and co-owner of the Clinique Santé Première Ligne
A registered nurse since 2008 and a graduate of the University of Sherbrooke, she also holds an MBA in Science and Engineering, which she obtained in 2017. With several years of experience in emergency and frontline care, she also taught at the CEGEP level for a few years, sharing her passion and expertise with the next generation. Since 2019, she has been working in healthcare management, where she leverages her strategic vision and leadership skills. Today, she is realizing a true dream: the creation of the Clinique Santé Première Ligne (First Line Health Clinic), a project that allows her to combine her two passions and which she is building alongside someone she deeply admires, Mélanie L’Archer. Her career demonstrates a sincere commitment to innovation, improved care, and access to healthcare.
Nathalie Brossoit
Administrative Technician
Nathalie manages the administrative operations of Clinique Santé Première Ligne with a human touch. With extensive experience in administration, she is passionate about client interaction. Her empathy, dedication, and dynamism are remarkable. Nathalie facilitates access to care through a warm welcome and efficient organization. Her ability to welcome patients and support the medical team contributes to creating a smooth and reassuring experience, in line with the clinic’s commitment to providing personalized care.
Francine Kemegni
M.Sc., IPS SM, Nurse Practitioner Specialized in Mental Health (IPSSM)
A nurse practitioner specializing in mental health for the past year, Francine is known for her genuine listening skills and empathetic approach. Thanks to her extensive experience at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute, where she supported patients and their families facing a range of mental health challenges, she demonstrates tact, diplomacy, and compassion in her care. The partnership and relationship she builds with clients and their families during sessions make the care experience warm and unforgettable. Welcome to a comforting and non-judgmental approach.
Marie-Josée Beaudin
Sc., IPS PL
A nurse practitioner specializing in primary care, she has been a registered nurse since 2008. She graduated from the University of Sherbrooke in 2014 with a Master’s degree in Clinical Sciences, a graduate diploma in Advanced Practice, and a graduate diploma in International Health. She works in primary care and also as part of a palliative care team. She is a radio commentator and public speaker. Her goal is to make healthcare accessible to everyone and to promote prevention and health.
Camille Mongrain
Auxiliary Nurse
Since 2016, she has been developing her skills by working in various healthcare settings. Whether in a family medicine clinic or in the operating room for cosmetic and ophthalmic surgery, she distinguishes herself through her versatility and adaptability. Meticulous, witty, and a great listener, she enjoys building genuine connections with her patients. Her motivation: to find simple and effective solutions to improve the quality of care and the experience of each person she supports.
