Please note that only administrative fees are taxable; health services are tax-exempt. 
Our professionals do not participate in the public health insurance plan. Therefore, services must be paid directly and are not reimbursable by RAMQ (Quebec Health Insurance Plan). You can, however, use your receipts for tax purposes. Some services may be reimbursed by private insurance. Check with your insurer. 
CNESST (Quebec Workplace Health and Safety Commission): A worker can request reimbursement of their expenses directly from the CNESST. 
Cancellation fees: A fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled amount will be applied for any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance.
