We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care to join our dynamic team. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive healthcare to a diverse clientele, including health follow-ups, occasional consultations, preventative care, and the management of chronic conditions. The successful candidate will be able to develop a practice within their area of expertise, working closely with the multidisciplinary team, managers, and the Director of Nursing.
